Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport

The staff were absolutely wonderful. It was one of the cleanest hotels I was ever in. With that said everything was broken. The selling point was a pool and a hot tub. The pool heater was broken and it was ice cold. The hot tub was almost black it was so dirty. After playing in the snow we looked forward to Coming in to get hot showers but found Out there was no water.... A hotel is supposed to be convenient and this was anything but. Also the free breakfast was not actually free. It's just a long picnic table in the foyer. And that's pretty much it for sixteen dollars a person. No discounts or credits were offered to us.... which was disappointing. You would think staying at a HILTON... these type of issues would be limited. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the building needs to do better. The pool and hot tub were a total disgrace, disgusting.

For Hotel that was recently renovated. They can do a much better at maintaining it. Lotion and shower gel pumps were nearly empty and ran out. Shower rod almost hanging out. After long day of Hiking and skiing come to the hotel to find out the hot spa was not in working order. Was so looking forward to it. Location is great and convenient.

Dear Hilton Garden Inn I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible kindness and compassion that the staff at your Hilton Garden Inn has shown my family and me during this challenging time. We have been homeless for several months now, and we have encountered a range of experiences at different hotels. However, our stay at your Hilton Garden Inn has been truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and understanding. The staff has consistently treated us with respect and dignity, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another number. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even offering free ice cream and snacks for our son, Gio. We are particularly grateful for the flexibility they have shown us regarding payment. They have allowed us to extend our payment later in the day without any hesitation, understanding that we are facing financial difficulties. This act of kindness has been a lifeline to my family. Never again will we use another hotel besides Hilton Garden Inn. My fiance has proposed to me at this very exact hotel. And when everything is better, we certainly have it right here. We were definitely disappointed in the lack of quality we have come to expect from the Hilton name. To start with, the staff was mediocre at best. We checked in and were given keys. That's it! There wasn't even a mention of where the elevator was that we needed to take to get to our room! No mention of any of the hotels amenities either. We had to look up any information about whether there was food/gym etc. The room seemed clean enough, although the bathroom had silver bugs. (we were on the 4th floor) By morning there were several, so we obviously were sure not to place anything on the floor. There was a fly in the room too, which wasn't a big deal obviously but certainly had us wondering after seeing the bugs in the bathroom too. The Conditioner container in the shower wasn't functioning, making me wonder how thorough the maid service was. And this might be another nit, but $2 for a bottle of water? We truly feel that the Hilton name is usually synonymous with Quality. and one of the easiest things to welcome guests with, would be a little water, whether in the form of a bottle or even a water dispenser when guests arrive. We requested the top floor, hoping that it'd be quieter to sleep and weren't disappointed. It was an OK place to sleep for the night, but not up to Hilton standards that we are used to for sure.

Building is located next to a truck terminal. Great if you're a truck driver, if you're not you'll want to use ear plugs. Rooms aren't very soundproof, inside or out. Room was clean enough. Looks like it had been painted a few months ago. Some soap residue in the cracks and corners of the shower and water spots on the metal. The price was right and I really just needed a bed and a bathroom for one night. Long story short, don't expect much and you'll be content.
